A new, battery-powered tower light from Milwaukee Tool offers high portability and a high output of 27,000 lumens for either indoor or outdoor use.

The MX Fuel Rocket Tower Light/Charger can be set up in seconds, features outriggers for levelling and is built to withstand harsh job site conditions. Eight-inch wheels allow it to be easily moved around on-site, even on rough terrain, while the 10-foot telescopic lighting tower collapses to just 44 inches for easy transportation and storage.

“For years high output task lighting options have always been tethered to a cord, forcing users to spend valuable time setting up generators in remote applications and deal with products that are difficult to move around in job site environments,” said Jason Isaacs, Group Product Manager for Milwaukee Tool, in a release.

The new LED tower light also has an integrated charger that acts as a battery backup, Isaacs said.

When deployed, the tower can handle winds of up to 56 km/h (35 mph).
